| How Our Program is Structured |
The Calls:

| For the first month, you and your coach will communicate via phone once a week with a forty-five minute call. You'll have analytical tools to help your coach identify your strengths and work from them. Then, for the next five months, you and your coach will meet via telephone for one half hour twice a month. |
|
The Carla Cross System and Your Business Plan:
|
| During each session, you and your coach will be creating your business plan and action plans, based on The Carla Cross System. These action plans will remind you of the goals you want to accomplish that week, which will lead to your 3-month, 6-month, and year's goals. You'll be faxing and emailing your coach during your week, and your coach will be available to you via fax and email to assure you understand and can accomplish your goals. |
