What is “Managers' Group Coaching’’?

It’s a process Carla Cross has created for companies who want to improve their ‘people systems’—recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching. How The System Works - The 6 Steps

  1. Fact finding: Carla gathers information from company leadership to assess the situation using her pre-managers' group coaching survey
  2. Customization: From the surveys, Carla creates the training and action plan, customized to the company’s needs
  3. Training: Carla comes to your office once to train (usually 1 day)
  4. Self-directed action plan: Carla assigns the work to the self-directed teams, with a leader for the team(s) chosen from the leadership group
  5. Coaching: There are 3 group coaching calls to implement the action plan and be sure everyone is being accountable to it—and an opportunity for Carla to coach to barriers and accomplishments
  6. Advanced Training: Carla comes back to your office to assure all is implemented, the system is working, and you are getting the results you expect
