Carla Cross brings to coaching a unique approach, honed from her background as a performing and teaching musician. A musician since age 4, she studied at the University of Oregon, ULCA, and the University of Vienna. She has a B. A. in piano performance and an M. A. in music theory, and played piano and flute professionally for over a decade. She taught piano, flute, and music theory from age 16. As a college music professor, Carla implemented new teaching and coaching methods to increase performance of musicians who were not piano majors.  She understands and has mastered skills coaching!

 Introducing Jodi Sipes, M.Ed.

Jodi Sipes began her real estate career in 1990, by starting a small brokerage when she was just out of college with a business degree.  Soon after earning her Broker’s license, she started teaching Real Estate Fundamentals, and has grown her focus into productivity training and coaching. To increase her skill and expand her interest in adult learning, Jodi earned a Master’s Degree in Adult Education. This makes her invaluable as a coach and facilitator, for she understands how to motivate individuals in the way each likes to be motivated. Jodi has extraordinary skills in communication, which makes working with her an illuminating and exhilarating experience.

Jodi Sipes has been teaching and administering Carla Cross' high accountability coaching/training program,  Advantage 2.0, for over three years now, working with hundreds of new agents, and getting great results with them.  This gives her a firm foundation in the Carla Cross coaching approach and resources. Jodi focuses on coaching and training new and developing agents to high productivity fast, and taking them to the next career level, using the Carla Cross Coaching approach and resources. She facilitates the Up and Running Small Group Coaching program, and is a Career Achievement coach.

  Introducing Barb Vanderpool, B.A., CRS, GRI

A Seattle native, Barb Vanderpool graduated from the University of Washington in 1977 with a degree in Communications, specifically marketing and advertising.  After graduation, she was hired as a flight attendant and travelled the world for several years.  She came back to Seattle and started her career in real estate in 1990.  Amazingly, all of the marketing classes in college came back to her and she has been noted for her "fun marketing ideas"!

Barb moved to Sun Valley, Idaho in 1993 to pursue her real estate career there, and she continues to sell real estate there today.  She specializes in primary, vacation and investment properties as well as raw land, giving her a well-rounded experience in various types of real estate sales.  Barb believes continuing education sharpens her skills.  She has continued her education earning both the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations.  She completed her work to obtain her Broker's License in 1999.

In 1999, Barb opened her own office, Vanderpool Properties in downtown Ketchum/Sun Valley.  Having both sales and management experience is a real benefit to Barb's clients.  Introduced to Carla Cross Coaching in 2004, Barb decided to devote much more time to achieving her new goals as a real estate specialist coach.  So, in 2005, she closed her office and moved to Windermere Real Estate to give her more time for coaching!  (Which she found she loves).
