| How Team Coaching Works | - This program is for agents in the business less than 3 years, or 'seasoned' agents in the business over 3 years--with their broker's recommendation
- Time frame: 3 months (because we know you need intensive help really fast!)
- Number of sessions: 12 (the first session is an individual with just you and your coach, so your coach gets to know your unique strengths and goals)
- Note: Our coaches are exclusively real estate professionals, personally trained by Carla Cross
- Length of each session: 45 minutes
- Number of clients in each session: Limited to 12
- Included in the program: $470
of resource materials, so you have all the sales tools designed
especially for the new agent (it's like having a coach 24/7)

What to expect by the end of the program:
By the end of the 12 sessions, your confidence will soar, you will have
your seller, buyer, and marketing systems in place and implemented, and
you will be presenting like a pro you always knew you could be. You will be immersed in the business, with
a proven business start-up plan in place and in action with intense
purpose. Most clients gain more than one sale and one listing sold.
