Agent Applicants: - Must be full-timer—able to devote 40-50 hours a
week to real estate
- Under 2 years in business
- Fills out agent nomination form and agrees, if he/she
is a finalist, to a telephone interview scheduled by the coach
- Agent agrees to be interviewed prior, during,
after the program and complete all surveys requested in the time frame
requested, and agrees to be interviewed for PR and marketing during and after
the program
- Agent agrees to be on each of the 12 coaching
calls, and to contribute to the success of his/her coaching team
- Agrees to complete all the work in the program,
which includes business-producing work and business supporting work directly
related to the success of an agent (see below)
The coach supported business-focused work during the
program:
Business Producing
(lead generation, working with buyers/sellers, closing to assure high income
short term and long term) - There are
a total of over 400 lead generating contacts assigned, plus 2 open houses,
so the agent has a great opportunity to make money fast
- Agents
will put a total of 300 people in their databases
- Agents
will write a total of 180 notes
- Agents
will follow up with 300 follow up contacts
- We
expect agents to earn at least 12 listing appointments
- We
expect agents will get 2 marketable listings*
- We
expect agents to find at least 24 active buyers
- We
expect agents will sell 2 homes
*We can’t guarantee sales and listings, but, with this high
number of lead generating activities, plus skills practice, and professional
packaging, agents are well prepared to close buyers and sellers Business Supporting
Work (skills practice, packaging, preparation, systems to create highly
competent, confident agents and provide top levels of customer satisfaction)
- Sales
skills: Agents will have practiced all major objection answers, all major
sales skills, all major types of sales calls
- Sales
Systems: Agents will have put together complete visual buyer and seller presentations
and systems, and will have a Professional Portfolio for marketing
themselves so they can anticipate client needs and create very high levels
of client satisfaction
- Agents
will be competent in sales and confident in their abilities at the end of
12 weeks, and will be able to compete with agents with years in the
business
Brokers Who Nominate Agents - Broker fills out nomination form, and agrees, if
he/she has a finalist, to a telephone interview scheduled by Carla Cross
- Broker agrees to be interviewed prior, during,
after the program and agrees to complete all surveys requested in the time
frame requested and agrees to take part in PR and marketing
- Broker agrees to support the agent in holding
the agent accountable during the program
- Finalists: Broker/agent will be furnished the
contract with the details of the work and will be asked to sign a commitment to
support the work the agent will complete during the program
- Brokers are also eligible to provide $100
partial scholarships to their agents (see below)
If scholarship winner fails at any time to complete the
work, he/she will be terminated from the program in progress
Time Frames
- Completed applications and nominations must be received via
email by Carla Cross Coaching by March
21
- Finalists applicants and brokers must be available for
telephone interviews between March 23
and March 26
- Applicants must be ready to be coached starting April 14
$100 Scholarships Available
Brokers: Brokers
who have finalists in the program will be able to sign up additional
participants at a $100 reduction in fee ($695 instead of $795) if contracts are
received by April 15. These are
partial scholarships from Carla Cross Coaching. These participants will take
part in either the April 14 program or the May 1 program (start week dates).
More partial
scholarships: 5 finalists (not full scholarship winners) will receive a
$100 partial scholarship from Carla Cross Coaching if they sign up by April 2 for the April 14 or May 1 programs.
